K-tips

K-tips are the latest trend of hair extensions. You may remember them from the early 2000’s, but they are new and improved! They leave the hair healthy and are 100% safe for any hair type.

K-tips are individually placed with a keratin bond. This technique gives a more natural look. They also are light as a feather so you can barely even feel them once in the hair.

K-tips are for clients who are wanting a natural feel and look to their hair or for someone just wanting to fill in their hair line. They are also a great way to add pops of color without lifting the natural hair.

Anyone wearing k-tips should get them removed every 8-10 weeks. This time will depend on the clients hair type. New hair is purchased with every new install.

Hand Tied

Hand-Tied extensions are all the rage and are most popular in the world of extensions.

With this technique, we use wefts or thin tracks of 100% human hair. They are sewn into the clients natural hair using beads and string. We use the natural head shape to ensure a natural flow and look. We use 6-12 wefts on average, depending on the look the client wants to achieve.

Whether it is adding 22” of length or adding major fullness to the hair throughout this form of hair extensions can do it all! Hand-Tied extensions are the right choice for anyone wanting a transformation and/or wanting to add weight to their hair. If you’re wanting to add length to your look, this is your choice!!

Hand-Tied extensions are removed and moved up every 6-8 weeks. The timing will depend on the clients hair type. The hair (wefts) are replaced every 9-12 months, depending on how well the hair is cared for.

Combo Technique

We can do both techniques on one canvas as well! Adding K-tips to a hand-tied install is a great way to get that front money piece to POP and to fill in those baby hairs that the wefts can’t reach!

Mixing the two techniques is a dream hair wish come true! You will be obsessed!
